Seasick Sessions launch 4.6 (It's Music to our Beers!)

Beermingham Brewers Collaborative has teamed up with Seasick Records to produce a new music series in Birmingham. Seasick will be the venue for 4-5 shows per year, featuring some of the hottest local musicians and some of the coldest local craft beer in town.

Since our founding in 2021, the Collaborative has been actively promoting local and regional live music. We've already put over 20 awesome bands on local stages in our short history. And we're not slowing down.

Brewzapalooza 2021 attendees at Back Forty Birmingham and Avondale Brewing Company were treated to15 bands in two days, over a weekend in November.

In 2022 we continued to bring the jam to Beermingham!

We are beyond stoked to partner up once again with Seasick Records to bring more incredible music to the Magic City. The Seasick Sessions are free to members of Beermingham Brewers Collaborative.

The sessions will include craft beer from a featured Beermingham brewery, food trucks, vendors and, of course, some of the best musicians that you'll ever encounter.

Our inaugural show will feature beer from Cahaba Brewing Company. Local DJ, Suaze will warm up the crowd and then La Memoria will take the stage and rock so hard you might get Seasick! (This session will also double as an album release party for the band.)

The Vicente taco truck will be serving up deliciousness and Fuego Chamoy has got the dessert covered. La Nostalgia will be the selected vendor.

At the end of the each series, we will press a vinyl album featuring the session players. It will be available for sale @ Seasick Records in 2024. (Then rinse and repeat.)

Future 2023 Seasick Sessions will include, among others, Cash Langdon, and even a quartet from the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. So stay tuned for details.
